Wheelchair

The platform is accessible however the station is not and there is no wheelchair lift. Customers must speak with a VIA Rail agent for alternatives.

 

Service animal relief area (SARA)

This station is equipped with a service animal relief area (SARA): a quiet place where service animals can relieve themselves, which is essential before and after a train journey with their owners. The service animal relief area is located On the edge of asphalt and grass (facing parking).

Curbside Assistance

The curbside zone is located at the drop-off and pick-up at the left of the main entrance as you arrive from York street.
