What will happen to my VIA Préférence points if I need to change or cancel my trip?

Tickets paid with points are subject to the same refund and exchange conditions as the fare you purchased. If the fare is exchangeable or refundable, you’ll receive the points back in your account, less the applicable refund/exchange fees.
