I became a VIA Préférence member and travelled, but I haven't received my points. Why?

  • If you created a new VIA profile to join the program, be sure to activate your account by clicking on the link that was sent to your email address upon enrolment to start earning points.
  • You must also be sure to either log in to your account prior to booking or provide your VIA Préférence number at time of booking.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours after your travel is completed for the points to be deposited into your account.
  • If you’ve taken these steps and still don’t see the points, call us at 1 888 VIA-PREF (1 888 842-7733) or TTY 1 800 268-9503 (for persons with a hearing or speech disability).
