Can I earn points on trips I booked before enrolling in the program?

You can request retroactive credit for any trips taken up to one month prior to your enrolment in the VIA Préférence program. Call us at 1 888 VIA-PREF (1 888 842-7733) or TTY 1 800 268-9503 (for persons with a hearing or speech disability), and one of our agents will be happy to assist you.
