What do I do if my baggage was lost or stolen at the station?  

If you lost a piece of luggage, you can contact our lost-and-found department by phone at 1 888 VIA-Rail (1 888 842-7245), TTY 1 800 268-9503 (hearing impaired) or report it to the ticket counter.

Unfortunately, VIA Rail accepts no liability for articles that are stolen or left in one of our trains or stations.
