Visit the Arrival and departure page to find out more about your train's departure and arrival times. Note that this service is currently available only for Québec City-Windsor corridor trains.
If you want to receive email or text notifications in the event of a delay or service disruption, click on "Train alert service" after entering your train number and dates of travel on the Arrival and departure page. Follow the instructions to subscribe to the service.

Your up-to-date train status can also be obtained by calling 1 888 VIA-Rail (1 888 842-7245).
Note: VIA Rail uses the 24 hour clock and train schedules always follow the appropriate time zone.
