I forgot to book with my VIA Préférence number. How can I claim the points for my trip? 

If you forgot to add your VIA Préférence number to an upcoming trip, consult My Bookings section, select your trip and under “Add/view passenger information” you will be able to add your VIA Préférence number.

You can request retroactive credits for trips that took place in the last 6 months or for trips booked up to one month prior to your enrolment in the program. To receive your retroactive credits, call us at 1 888 VIA-PREF (1 888 842-7733) or TTY 1 800 268-9503 (for persons with a hearing or speech disability).
