You can request retroactive credit for any trips booked up to one month prior to your enrolment in the VIA Préférence program. Call us at 1 888 VIA-PREF (1 888 842-7733) or TTY 1 800 268-9503 (for persons with a hearing or speech disability), and one of our agents will be happy to assist you.
