Do VIA Préférence points expire? 

VIA Préférence points do not expire. However, VIA Rail reserves the right to cancel memberships that have been inactive for three consecutive years. If this is the case, members will be advised 30 to 60 days prior to the account closure and points will expire upon cancellation.
