On the date of the reception of payment for this Access to Information request, a copy of all records listing those physical persons who through a company or in their own personal name have provided consulting services under the contracts mentioned in request 14-30 above, and who are now employed by VIA Rail as permanent, full-time employees (with an undefined term of employment). These records must include the job description, job title, internal job classification level and salary range for all these workers currently employed by VIA Rail.

Policies for travel and hospitality expenses incurred by the federally appointed directors, including presidents, chief executive officers, and chairpersons, and for the reimbursement thereof. If the board has no such policies, please indicate whether it follows the Treasury Board’s Travel Directive and Special Travel Authorities.

All hospitality and travel expense claims (including submitted claim forms and processing documentation) and supporting documentation (including, where available, receipts, invoices, itineraries, hotel bills, taxi chits, boarding passes, tickets, meal and food receipts and bills, etc.), as well as any amendments or modifications thereto. Scope: Current and former federally appointed directors, including presidents, chief executive officers, and chairpersons. Time frame: 2010 to date.

Statistics on student usage of VIA Rail services for specific stations or Canada wide.

List of all charities/non-profits that have received funds from VIA Rail either as a cash donation or in-kind services, as well as the amount they received.

Statistics that relate to how many VIA Rail Passengers travel from Cobourg to Toronto from Monday to Friday – primarily business related – going & coming back from work. Weekend statistics would also help.
