Thick French bread dipped in egg custard and grilled to a golden brown. Topped with cinnamon sugar and whipped cream.

Continental Breakfast

Hot oatmeal or assorted cold cereal and your choice of fruit yogurt, toast or a fresh-baked muffin.

Lamb Burger

Served open faced on whole wheat kaiser roll with a minted yogourt sauce, lettuce, cucumber and sliced onion.

Soft Shell Grilled Salmon Taco

A chili enhanced fillet of salmon, shredded lettuce, tomato, avocado, scallion and fresh cilantro with a creamy lime dressing all wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.

Chicken Dumplings

Tender Asian chicken dumplings filled with chicken, vegetables and spices. Sautéed until brown and tossed in sesame soy dipping sauce.

Fresh Fruit and Tofu Salad

Romaine lettuce tossed with oranges, sliced apples, red onions and roasted tofu in an Asian inspired citrus dressing. Garnished with crunchy chow mein noodles.
