Banana Pecan Pancakes Served with butter, Canadian maple syrup and your choice of bacon, ham or breakfast sausage.	Continental Breakfast Hot oatmeal or assorted cold cereal and your choice of fruit yogurt, toast or a fresh-baked muffin.

Lunch
Soup of the Day or Chilled Fruit Juice
Angus Burger Served open - faced on a kaiser roll and garnished with lettuce, tomato and sliced red onion. Topped with mayonnaise and a dill pickle.	Smoked Salmon and Asparagus Frittata A mixture of egg, asparagus, smoked salmon and a blend of Cheddar and Jack cheeses baked to perfection.
Turkey and Bacon Club Wrap Sliced roast turkey and crispy bacon, tomatoes, lettuce and our own creamy dressing all wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.
The above items are served with the Salad of the Day.
Vegetable Pasta Salad An array of fresh vegetables and a five bean blend, tossed with a creamy dressing and tender noodles

Dinner
Atlantic Fish Chowder or Soup of the Day and Pacific Rim Salad with Herb Vinaigrette
Pan Seared Pork Tenderloin with Wild Mushroom Ragout 6 oz. pork tenderloin grilled and topped with an array of woodland mushrooms in a rich sauce.	Pecan Crusted Halibut with Wasabi Slaw Pacific halibut coated with a crunchy pecan crust. Baked to golden perfection and served on a wasabi infused coleslaw.
Chicken Suprême with Peach Salsa A plump chicken breast suprême, oven roasted and blanketed with a mild peach salsa.	Mushroom Fusion Crêpes Locally grown mushrooms, sautéed with cream and pearl onions, folded into delicate crêpes.
Accompaniments Oven Roasted Baby Potatoes or Jasmine Rice and Fresh Seasonal Vegetables
