In Sleeper and Sleeper Plus classes, tickets are completely non-refundable and non-transferable, but are exchangeable subject to a service charge of 50% of the applicable fare (before taxes) to a maximum of $150 per direction. In Touring class, tickets are completely non-refundable and non-transferable, but are exchangeable subject to a service charge of $30 per direction.

MINIMUM FARES:
