A partnership between Hainan and VIA Rail Canada improve service and add options for international travellers. From Toronto, you can buy your VIA Rail tickets and enjoy the unique Canadian experience of travelling by train in style and comfort.
Convenient transportation from the airport to your hotel
VIA Rail Canada has partnered with Toronto Airport Express. The shuttle bus departs every 30 minutes from Toronto Pearson Airport to downtown with stops at major hotels.
In order to book your transportation from the airport to your hotel, please use the booking engine on your left by selecting Toronto Pearson International Airport as ORIGIN and Toronto Union Station as DESTINATION. You will then be able to get off at any of the major hotels stops.

Union Pearson Express
A dedicated airport rail link connecting Toronto Pearson International Airport and Union Station in downtown Toronto. It takes 25 minutes, and departs every 15 minutes between 5:30 and 1:00 am daily.
- To allow plenty of time for check-in procedures, baggage drop-off and security checks, we recommend that you always arrive at your airport terminal well in advance of your scheduled flight.
- For guest connecting to VIA Rail services, we recommend that you always arrive at Union Station well in advance of your schedule train.
- Connection between Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 of Toronto Pearson International Airport is provided by hte Terminal Link train, a free service by the Greater Toronto Aiports Authority. UP Express station is directly adjacent to the Terminal Link train station in Terminal 1.
- VIA Rail Canada and UP Express are not liable for missed connections or missed flights.
Baggage Allowance: No checked baggage service is provided. Carry-on baggage only, space permitting. Each item cannot exceed 32 kg (70 lbs) and/or 158 cm in linear dimensions ( length+width+height). UP Express reserves the right to refuse baggage, including but not limited to items that may cause injury, danger or inconvenience, damage to property or delay to trains.
