I lost or accidentally deleted my ticket. What can I do? 

If you misplaced or deleted your booking information or ticket, you can retrieve it at any time. Simply login to your VIA Rail profile or access your reservation by entering your first name/last name/booking number.

You will be able to access your boarding pass (print or download them) and resend them to the email address in the booking. Passengers for whom an email address has been provided will also receive their boarding pass.
