What if I don’t receive my email for reset password?

If you don’t receive the reset email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Look for an email from no-reply
  • Ensure you entered the correct email address
  • If the email still doesn’t arrive, contact the VIA Contact Centre for assistance.
