How do I delete my account?

You can delete your VIA account directly from your dashboard. Deleting your account means you will no longer be able to use your VIA Rail profile, and the deletion is permanent.

Follow the steps below to permanently delete your account:

  • From your dashboard, click Account Details in the top‑right corner of the screen.
  • Scroll down to the Delete my account section and select the Delete my account button.
  • A confirmation window will appear. Click Delete my account again to confirm and proceed.
  • Once the deletion is complete, a confirmation message will appear indicating that your profile has been successfully removed.
