Can I update my communication preferences or notification settings?

Yes. Log in to your VIA account and go to Account Details. Under Communication Preference, you can select your preferred language of communication. 

This applies to commercial electronic messages, transactional emails, and factual information such as booking confirmations, boarding passes, and travel updates.
