Toddlers and infants (up to 2 years old), whether they hold a ticket or travel on an adult’s lap, are entitled to the same carry-on baggage allowance as the accompanying adult. Items such as a diaper bag or other supplies needed for the duration of the journey count as the child’s carry-on baggage.
