Can passengers travel if they exceed the baggage allowance on long-distance and regional routes?

Passengers must comply with the baggage allowance associated with their fare type, including limits on the number of items, size, and weight. If a passenger brings an undeclared additional bag, they may not be permitted to travel with it, as baggage space is limited and subject to availability.
