Safeguarding personal privacy and transaction security is a vital concern for us at VIA.

We do not use our market research surveys to gather personal information. The information you agree to supply us is used solely to provide VIA with general customer feedback. We will also use this information to contact you in the event that you are the winner of one of our contests.

All market research surveys are done with the intent to better understand your needs. We are not trying to sell or promote anything. We are interested only in your opinions. The answers you give us will be treated as Confidential unless you have given your consent to the contrary. In the relatively few instances where we ask you for permission to pass data on in a form which allows you to be personally identified, we will ensure that the information will be used only for the purposes stated.

You are entitled at any stage of the interview, or subsequently, to ask that part or all of the record of your interview be destroyed or deleted. Wherever reasonable and practical we will carry out such a request. If you are invited to complete a survey, you will always have the choice to complete the survey or to have your email address removed from any future email contact.

No personal information, e-mail addresses or other data will be sold, rented, exchanged or passed on to any third party. We do not make unsolicited mailings either.
