Thank you for your submission! We appreciate your patience while we process your request. Requests are processed in order of travel date. Therefore, if you submit a request on October 28th for travel on December 30th, it is possible that processing may not begin until mid-December.
Please note that we will reach out to you if any further information is needed or if we are unable to process your refund request.
