Sackville is one of life's great stops, home to Mount Allison University, and a recipient of both the 2008 Cultural Capital of Canada and national CiB five-bloom community titles.
A central treasure is the award-winning Sackville Waterfowl Park. Boardwalks and trails meander through the lush freshwater marsh ecosystem. The park is an excellent starting point to discover the large variety of plants, birds and the rich history of the Tantramar Marshes. Open spring to fall, guided tours available.
