VIA's train service between Hervey and Senneterre interrupted due to major forest fires in Northern Mauricie

Montréal – VIA Rail Canada wishes to advise travellers that services between Hervey and Senneterre cannot operate due to major forest fires on the St-Maurice Subdivision in Northern Mauricie.
Train 604: Travelling from Senneterre to Hervey on Thursday May 27, 2010 is cancelled.
Train 603: Travelling from Hervey to Senneterre on Friday May 28, 2010 is cancelled. Passengers travelling as far as La Tuque can board train 601, leaving Montreal at 8:30 a.m., to Hervey and will be taxied from Hervey to La Tuque.
VIA wishes to apologize for any inconvenience this disruption, which is beyond VIA’s control, may cause to its customers.
