| Description | The Old Port and Old Montréal welcome the 2011 edition of the MONTREAL HIGH LIGHTS Festival. The many festive, fun and free activities of the Hydro Québec Celebration of Light take place on their cobblestone streets, skating rink and other public spaces. There is something for the entire family, in fact, as organizers have become increasingly skilled at taming the elements so that festivalgoers get the most of the snowy pleasures of winter. |
