There are several ways to obtain your tickets once you have purchased them over the phone or on the Internet.
Pick them up in person at any of our stations that have a ticket counter. Check to see if the station nearest you offers this service.
VIA Rail offers self-service ticketing kiosks at many stations in the Québec City-Windsor corridor. Fast and easy, you can use them to:
1. Print your ticket from Internet purchases
2. Print your tickets from purchases made with a travel agency
3. Print your ticket from paid telephone bookings
Kiosks are available in:

1. Select your language.
2. Scan the barcode on your booking confirmation.
3. Pick up your tickets.
It's that simple.
If the barcode cannot be scanned, simply enter your booking confirmation number and for authentication you will be prompted to enter your last name (as spelled in your booking).
The following transactions cannot be ticketed at kiosks:
A booking confirmation must be exchanged for VIA tickets prior to departure, unless you are departing from an unstaffed station.
If you are departing from an unstaffed station, you or your travel agent can book and print your booking confirmation to use as an e-ticket.
Just remember, your e-ticket:
If you prefer, you can exchange your booking confirmation for a VIA ticket at another staffed station prior to departure.
