Two eggs prepared any style, with hash browns, your choice of bacon, ham or breakfast sausage, served with toast or a fresh baked muffin.

Chef's Omelette

Please ask your server about today’s omelette special.
Served with hash browns and your choice of toast or a fresh baked muffin.

Cinnamon French Toast

Sweet cinnamon bun dipped in egg custard, grilled to a golden brown. Dusted with cinnamon sugar and topped with whipped cream.

Continental Breakfast

Hot oatmeal or assorted cold cereal and your choice of fruit yogurt, toast or a fresh baked muffin.

Lunch

Soup of the Day

Chilled Fruit Juice

Angus Burger

Served open - faced on a kaiser roll and garnished with lettuce, tomato and sliced red onion. Topped with mayonnaise and a dill pickle.

Barbecue Shrimp Wrap

A whole wheat wrap, stuffed with barbecue shrimp, tomato, lettuce, onion and avocado. Finished with a yogurt and lime chili mayonnaise.

Roasted Turkey and Provolone Sandwich

Roasted sliced turkey on a grilled focaccia bread, topped with roasted peppers, and Provolone cheese. The sandwich is grilled in the oven and then topped with sliced tomato, lettuce and roasted garlic mayonnaise.


The above items are served with the Salad of the Day.


Traditional Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce tossed with dressing. Parmesan cheese and crunchy croutons. Served with warm bread.

Pan fried pickerel, topped with a creamy sauce made with mayonnaise, red onion, capers, dill and lemon juice.

Honey Rosemary Glazed Chicken Supreme

A grilled seasoned chicken supreme finished with a honey, rosemary and black pepper glaze.

Vegetarian Chili

A rich chili made with an array of tender vegetables and beans.
