How to register a Travel Agency?
Your agency must have an IATA / ARC / TIDS / TSI number and be qualified with TIESS (Travel Industry Exchange Settlement Solutions) system to receive commission payments. Thereafter, you must register with our booking engine to create your Agency Profile with Administrator information. As an Agency Administrator, you should then give access to individual Agents to use the booking engine. Click here to read the FAQ.
You should always login to the booking engine as an Agent to book VIA Rail train trips for your clients and receive your commission payments through TIESS.
