Business Travel and Hospitality Expenses
On December 12, 2003, the Government of Canada introduced a new policy on the mandatory publication of travel and hospitality expenses for the top executives of government departments and agencies.
In the interest of good governance and transparency, VIA Rail Canada Inc. will disclose on an on-going basis the travel and hospitality expenses of its two most senior executives, while respecting issues related to privacy and confidentiality.
