Conditions of use for the GO VIA Pak

• GO VIA Pak is intended for GO Transit monthly pass or 10-Ride Ticket holders. It entitles you to 10 one-way trips in Economy class between Toronto's Union Station and one of the following preselected destinations: Oshawa, Oakville, Brampton, Georgetown or Aldershot. All trips must begin or end at Union Station.
• The price of GO VIA Pak coupons is based on the difference between the regular train fare and the GO Transit senior, child or adult fare, as well as on the distance. The trip marked on the GO VIA Pak and the GO Transit pass or tickets must be the same.
• The GO VIA Pak is valid for one year, and GO VIA Pak coupons are only accepted with a valid GO Transit 10-Ride Ticket or monthly pass.
• GO VIA Pak coupons may not be combined with any other GO Transit ticket.
• The GO VIA Pak reduced fare may not be used with rail passes, including those for GO Transit or VIA Rail employees, VIA Rail rail passes (such as Commuter passes and Canrailpass), BizPak or VIA 6 pak discounts, or similar travel products.
• Promotional travel certificates, contra accounts, convention and corporate fares and all discount-coupon promotions applicable to purchase of a train ticket may not be used to buy a GO VIA Pak.
• Stopovers are prohibited.

Exchanges and refunds

• GO VIA Pak are not refundable or exchangeable.

Other promotions

• GO VIA Pak may not be combined with any other offer or promotion.
• Specifically, GO VIA Pak may not be applied to group rates, passes, or tickets obtained with VIA Préférence points.
• Promotional travel credits, late credits and travel credits issued by VIA Rail Customer Service may be used to purchase GO VIA Pak coupons.
• VIA Préférence members can earn VIA Préférence points by buying a GO VIA Pak.

Other conditions

• Fares, discounts, conditions and schedules are subject to change without notice.
• The GO VIA Pak cannot be purchased online.
• Effective August 1, 2012, we will no longer accept 10-trip adult tickets as proof of GO payment over the same route and only accept the paper-based monthly pass.
