Associations for Travellers

Associations for passengers unable to meet their own personal needs

Passengers who require assistance with personal needs (eating, medical attention, personal hygiene) during the journey must be accompanied by an escort who will help them. Such passengers must provide a document certifying that they are unable to travel alone: a medical certificate or an identity card issued by an organization recognized by VIA.
