Fares and classes:

• These fares apply to adult tickets for one-way travel before taxes in Economy or Sleeper Plus class to the aforementioned destination stations.
• Seats and sleeping accommodations are limited.
• These fares apply to tickets bought on our web site, by phone at 1 888 VIA-RAIL
  (1 888 842-7245) or TTY 1 800 268-9503 (hearing impaired), or at one of our ticket counters.

Purchase period:

• For Economy class supersaver fare, tickets must be purchased at least three (3) days prior to departure.
• For Sleeper Plus class discounted fare, tickets must be purchased at least one (1) day prior to departure.

Refunds and exchanges:

• Economy class supersaver fare tickets are exchangeable or refundable subject to a service charge of 50% of the fare paid before taxes per direction (a minimum service charge of $20 will be applied per direction).
• Sleeper Plus class discounted fare tickets are exchangeable or refundable subject to a service charge of $100 before taxes per direction.
• Ticket exchanges must be done no later than one (1) day prior to departure date.
• All tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable if cancellation or exchange is requested after the scheduled train departure.
• If you already have tickets and wish to exchange them for new tickets to benefit from these fares, any service charges applicable to your original purchase will be collected before your new tickets are issued.

Other conditions:

• Not applicable to group travel, tickets issued using a rail pass or VIA Préférence reward tickets.
