With the purchase of a BizPak, you’re entitled to 10 one-way credits for travel between two pre-determined cities (or points in between) in Economy class or 6 one-way credits in Business class.

The number of trips is automatically tracked — no need to carry and exchange a voucher in order to obtain your train ticket.

BizPak is non-transferable and all credits must be used by the person in whose name the BizPak has been issued.

Each Business BizPak comprises 6 credits, each of which is valid for a one-way trip in Business or Economy class between two pre-determined cities (or points in between, in either direction).

Each Business BizPak is valid for travel within six months from date of purchase.

There is no advance booking requirement. However, we recommend that you book as early as possible.

Each Business BizPak credit is non-transferable and is only valid for travel by the person in whose name the BizPak has been issued. Verification is automated and the first and last names of the passenger travelling must match the first and last names given at the time of purchase of the BizPak. You may be required to show photo identification at any time.

A BizPak is refundable and exchangeable, less a $50 service charge, provided:

• it has not expired;
• no trips have been made using it; and
• no tickets booked using it have been cancelled after the applicable train’s schedule departure.
Once a trip has been made, or a ticket using the BizPak has been cancelled after the train’s scheduled departure, it becomes completely non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even if a paper ticket has not been issued.

Tickets booked using a BizPak may be cancelled at any time prior to the scheduled departure of the train. They are credited to the BizPak for future use within the validity period of the BizPak. The BizPak will not be credited for tickets that are cancelled after the scheduled departure of the train. In this case, the credit is forfeited and cannot be used again.

Remaining credits (unused) at the expiration date of the BizPak are not refundable and non-transferable or exchangeable.

How to book online:

Log in to your profile or create one prior to booking.

Book your one-way or round trip ticket for travel within the valid period and zone of your BizPak.

On the “Passengers Information” screen, select Rail pass as the "Discount Type" and enter the 13-digit serial number of your BizPak in the "Serial Number" field.

Your trip will be repriced and the applicable number of credits will be deducted from your BizPak, if your trip meets the conditions of your BizPak.
How to exchange an existing booking:

If your paper ticket has not yet been issued, login to your profile and cancel your original booking, then make a new booking for your desired train and departure time. It is recommended that you ensure space in the applicable fare class is available on the desired departure prior to cancelling your original booking.

If your paper ticket has been issued, please contact VIA directly at 1 888 VIA-RAIL (1 888 842-7245) or TTY 1 800 268-9503 (hearing impaired) or go to any VIA station to make the changes directly with a VIA agent. Your ticket must be changed prior to the departure time of your existing booking.
