Possible major delays on Winnipeg-Churchill route
VIA Rail Canada wishes to advise travellers on the Winnipeg-Churchill route that possible significant delays (between four and eight hours) may occur due to track conditions and possible severe weather.
VIA recommends that travellers boarding the train in either Winnipeg or Churchill, call our telephone sales office at 1 888 VIA-RAIL (888 842-7245), TTY 800-268-9503 (hearing impaired) on the day of departure within four hours of the published departure time for possible revised schedules.
VIA wishes to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to its passengers.
