Visit Canada this summer at low cost

VIA Rail is offering a wide scale promotion on any combination of trips and classes of service!

MONTREAL – VIA Rail Canada announced today that for the second time in less than a year, during the entire week of April 19 to 25, it will be offering 60% off the regular fare for ticket reservations anywhere along its network, including all classes (Economy, Business, Sleeping cars).

Customers making reservations for trips taking place between April 22, 2010, and July 31, 2010, will get a 60% rebate. To be eligible for this discount, the tickets must be purchased no later than Sunday, April 25, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time).

"Following the success of a similar offer in July 2009, we are pleased to be able to offer this wide scale repeat promotion within the same twelve month period" stated Marc Laliberté, President and Chief Executive Officer at VIA. "This offer arrives just in time for the summer period. We hope this will allow Canadians to better enjoy their vacations and make it easier for them to travel".
