The above figures relate to expenses incurred for Mr. Wright’s participation at the Board of Directors meeting held in Montréal in October 2008, his participation in two meetings held in Ottawa in November 2008, as well as a meeting held in Montréal in November 2008. Mr. Wright resides in Toronto.

The above figures relate to expenses incurred for Mr. Côté’s presence at several meetings in Toronto in November and December 2008, as well as transportation and travel expenses incurred in the third quarter of 2008. Hospitality expenses include four business meals.

The above figures relate to expenses incurred for Mr. Wright's participation at the Board of Directors meeting held in Vancouver in June 2008. Mr. Wright resides in Toronto.

The above figures relate to expenses incurred for Mr. Côté's presence at a meeting with the Mayor of Lakeshore in Ontario, a meeting with the East Japan Railway in Japan, as well as his participation at the Board of Directors meeting held in Vancouver in June 2008. Hospitality expenses include two business lunches.

The above figures relate to expenses incurred for Mr. Wright’s participation at the Board of Directors meeting held in Montréal in June, his participation at a meeting with the Minister of Transportation of Alberta, his presence at the International Economic Forum of the Americas / Conference of Montreal, as well as his presence to a meeting with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities in Ottawa in June. Mr. Wright resides in Toronto.

The above figures relate to expenses incurred for Mr. Côté’s presence as speaker at the Chamber of Commerce of Winnipeg in May, his presence at a meeting with the Mayor of Edmonton in June, as well as a meeting with the Minister of Transportation of Alberta. Hospitality expenses include one business lunch.

The above figures relate to expenses incurred for Mr. Wright’s participation at the Board of Directors meeting held in Montréal on March 2 and 3, and at a press conference in Halifax on March 25, 2008 with the Honourable Peter MacKay. Mr. Wright resides in Toronto.

The above figures relate to expenses incurred for Mr. Côté’s presence at meetings with a Board of Directors’ member in Calgary in January and February, at a meeting with a Canadian Transportation Agency member in Ottawa in January, his participation at a press conference in Québec City in March with the Honourable Lawrence Cannon, as well as his presence at a meeting with Amtrak’s representatives in New York, NY and Washington, D.C. in March 2008. Hospitality expenses include four business lunches and a snack for eleven employees invited by Mr. Côté at a corporate event.
